A little bit of information for anyone looking for a travel buddies. I have just found this wicked site that has just helped me find someone to go to The Ice Palace with. I'm amazed, I had posted messages on various sites with absolutely no luck and though that I would never find someone who wanted to go and freeze for a holiday! The site is really funky and dead easy to use and seems to have all different age groups and types of folk. Its even given me some new ideas of different places to go check out. its at www.companions2travel.co.uk, see what you reckon.

You have to pay after a while so not too sure on it when there are so many sites for free. Check out www.travelchums.com I've just recently found that and it looks similar except it is free :)

i had a look at the site you suggested and i'm not sure i like it as much as the companions2travel.co.uk one. i mailed them to ask about whether it is to cost at some point. they say that if you join while it is still free (for the first 250 sign-ups) then they may leave it at that to say thanks to their first members. i suggest anyone who likes this site joins now and makes the most of it while they can...
