I'm an Irish girl, travelling solo, flying into Cancun end of June and out of Guatemala city end of July.Thinking of highlands,Mayan ruins, hiking up volcanoes, horse-riding, salsa dancing, diving, snorkelling, markets, cheap hotels, swimming,meeting the locals and sampling their brew etc.Anyone interested in meeting up for some of the trip around Belize, Yucatan, Chiapas and Guatemala or has anyone got any words of wisdom? Prefer villages to cities, waterfalls,rivers and lakes to crowded beaches, horses to cars, traditional music to clubs..and will do(almost) anything for a laugh...
