hi!

i´m a student from berlin (20) and i´m flying to guatemala city on tuesday, 12th august. i was supposed to meet a friend there but she´s sick with malaria and flying back home this weekend.
we were planning to travel the country and southern mexico + yucatan for about 2 months and then fly back from mexico city, so if anybody out there has more or less the same plan please contact me as i dont really want to do this alone all the way.
i´ve travelled from south africa to zambia and back, but i hear bad things about girls alone in c. america.
i´m planning on going to antigua when i arrive and maybe do a spanish course there for a week or so, so if anyone is arriving in guate the same day (12.08.03, about 7.45pm local time) and wants to share the taxi ride please write.
