Any helpful advice from Turkey traveller on where to start trip as need to take taxi from Dalaman Airport on arrival (no public transport out of this airport). Will arrive midday on Friday in mid October. Any idea on how much taxi costs to go directly to Gocek, next resort North West of Dalaman? I heard Dalaman maybe a bit shabby to visit.
Also, can one join bus route (Highway 400) to get into Fethiye from Dalaman, probably can from Gocek? Is their bus station in Dalaman town, or where is nearest?
Any tips on transport and decent accommodation would be welcomed. From a nervous, SWF traveller!
