Hello out there. I am looking for anyone who is interested in meeting up in the middle east this Fall. I am starting a large trip in Greece in Sept and then making my way to Turkey and will look like this:

I'll be travelling this area Turkey on lovely Turquoise Med. coast, South West at edge of Toros mountains from 11-20 October 2002. I am interested in culture, cuisine, Anatolian folk music and adore the Turkish hospitality. I'm well impressed by other Lycian sites on this coast I saw last year and have a desire to walk Saklikent Gorge, weather and courage permitting! If all else fails the rustic water-side trout restaurants are great for chilling at. If you would like to chum up with me for any of these places along the way, please drop me email carolreid@lycos.co.uk I'll predominantly be based Fethiye where dolmus and buses are good for getting around out. I try to check my emails there. I am young, vivacious, 39 yr old Scots lady who enjoys nature, good food, stimulating conversation. I will be challenged to travel on cheaper budget; normally spoiled by luxury tour companies, therefore practical traveller friends will be a boon. I do intend meeting some friends from Kalkan part of my stay. My interests in Fethiye are seeing Amyntas Tomb, browsing Bazar, Hamam for relaxation, perhaps gulet trip to islands. I am not in a hurry to cram all in and don't worry if I change schedule. I just want to get some sunshine, swimming, a dose of good fun and enjoy each moment.
