He perpetrates fraud on his trusting victims and was able to extort nearly $1000 from my friend and myself on our recent trip to Tanzania and Uganda. His scam was that his electronic payment card for the Seregeti did not work and could we "loan" him the cash (never returned). He also charged us for airline tickets he allegedly purchased and could not produce and then was bold enough to hit us up for the price of his ticket to Uganda.

Later, I learned by having an article translated from Swahili to English that he had been to court in June, 2007, for cheating another person of $2000 for airline tickets.

I have reported him to the police in Dar-es-Salaaam and everywhere else I can think of to try to stop him from victimizing others.
