I usually travel cheap. and normally morocco, of all places, would be the last place that i'd find myself spending extra money in. but when my girlfriend and i went, we agreed that we wanted something authentic. so we actually, put our funds together and stayed in this beautiful 1800s, completely restored palace that was right in the middle of Fes's medina. the place was impeccable and the detail....the company works on restoring villas in fes, so it was a master job.
