GUIDES.
Be sure your guide wears a badge and carries an identity card issued by the Ministry of Tourism.Official guides can generally be found in front of larger hotels.Otherwise,go to the Regional Tourist Office(CRT) or the Regional Office of the Ministry of Tourism(ONMT).
HEALTH.
Vaccines are not necessary for travel to or within Morocco.Tap water is treated, but all grocery stores carry bottled mineral water.
Moroccan Cuisine.
This cuisine is one of the best in the world.Enjoy, and forget about your diet! The most famous dishes include:pastilla(pastry filled with pigeon, seafood or sweetened milk and nuts),michoui(lamb roasted over wood fire),tagines(stews cooked with meat and vegetables)...
Bazaars and Souks.
You'll find a wealth and wide variety of Moroccans handicrafts available.Bargaining is a common practise in souks but isn't typically practised by shopkeepers in cities.

We are going to Essaouira for a week in April-myself,my husband and our two children who are adults in their twenties. Which is the best currency to take? Euros or dollars? also is there a nightlife for our two who will want to stay out late? We are really looking forward to it and want to make the best of a short time! Any suggestions very gratefully received!
Best wishes
Ros
