hi new to this message board,
we are a couple with a one year old son, we are aganising over where to travel this year, sharm el sheik is appealing as it is a short flight and the beaches and sea ive heard are very nice, however we are concearned if the notorious cairo/nile stomach bugs/illness extends to the said region of egypt, any input gratfully accepted aswell as any alternative suggestions, such as carribean etc
