I am planning to visit sub-Saharan Africa. When would be the best time to go on a Kenyan or Tanzanian safari?

The best time to visit Kenya &Tanzania is during the Month of July and August during the wild beast migration.
Though this is considerd as the peak season there hundreds of tourists and the prices are also quite high. if you dont mind the house fulls then its okay to travel then but if you do then travel during the months of may and june though abit wet its quite For more info contact rogiki98@yahoo.co.uk |

I travelled in those countries during July and August and did not find it too overcrowded. I saw all the animals you could ever hope to see including babies. If you can manage it, try to see the wildebeest migration-it really is awesome.
Hope this helps |

IF your coming to Kenya, business is down so push on price deals are there to be had at the moment.
If you visit the Maasi Mara I've put a map online at http://www.balloonsafarisdirect.com along with some useful GPS waypoints if you have such a device. Karibu East Africa Gary |
