Hi. Between 8.12.2006 and 8.1.2007 I have been to Kenya, travelling independently and using public transport. When preparing the trip I used information often gathered at this site - to repay this help I have put a rather detailed report on my experience for others to use on the internet.
My route included Kakamega forest, Lake Bogoria NP, Lake Nakuru NP, Naivasha lake (Hell's Gate NP, Crater Lake), trek in the Mt. Kenya NP(Chogoria up, Sirimon down), Watamu (Gede ruins, Mida Creek, Arabuko-Sokoke NP), Mombasa, and Nairobi. If interested, check it out at my site. Happy travels to everyone. |
