Seeking Participants: Simultaneous Video Field Recording Project

People are currently being recruited to take part in a video art project. In this project, amateur digital video photographers from different countries and timezones are to be recruited to simultaneously make one hour-long video field recording sometime during the first two weeks of December 2004 (exact time has not yet been determined).

The idea behind this project is to bring together events which occurred in vastly different parts of the world, yet share a sameness and bond in time. That is, despite these video recordings being separated by such great distances, they still share an inherent "something" in that they happened simultaneously.
