More bad news !
From the 01.05.05 no tour operators will be allowed to pay cash or company checks at the gate of any national park, the only method allowed will be via bankers check, at this moment it takes two days to get a bankers check !
When all companys are applying for bankers checks it could take a lot longer, 3-4 days!! so for those planning on arranging a safari here in Tanzania-Arusha and hoping to leave the next day please take this into consideration.

We have just heard un-officially
The preposed "bankers checks" only payment for the national parks of Tanzania has been put on hold until a better system has ben found, we expect to get official notification today :-)
