I am planning on a trip from spain, to morocco, to cairo. I have been successful in finding transportation from spain to morocco, but I haven't been able to dig up any information on cheap transportation from morocco to egypt. (i.e. train)

Unless you fly or cruise, you won't be able to do this. The borders between Algeria and Morocco have been closed for years. You can pick up a flight from Rabat to Cairo I am sure for about £70($100) nwith Royal Air Maroc.

there is 2 ways to travel from moroccao to egypt the first one is via plane from casabalnca to cairo and the second one is to travel across algeria to egypt via the moroccan algerian borders.
