thanks to all of you who responded to my queries. i have been back awhile from a wonderful adventure that included time in erg chebbi by camel. i chose a guide from a description i found on this site (thanks) and it couldn't have been better. he helped us with planning our trip, all of it terrific.MOHA (http://mohatravel.tripod.com).
