Is it easy to take a vehicle into Morocco? I have been reading in some of the guide books that you need tofill in forms to import in to the country and again also when leaving. I am driving from England to Morocco, also is there really so many people try to rip you off or scam you or try to sell you hash, and do the police pull you over all the time and search your vehicle etc.If you believe what you read in the guide books i dont think any one would want to visit. So if you have driven there how did you find it and was it safe? I am hopfully driving to the south sahara region and through the atlas mountains. Thank you for looking.
inspite of all horror stories about morocco ,but morocco is a safe country , people here are generous and hospitable.yes there are some shop owners who insist to travellers to buy crafst industry.if someone shows any kind of agression just call the police they will get them off ur neck.i wanna tell u that it's forbidden for moroccan people to accompany travellers unless they get autorisation from the autorities. i live in moroccan desert where i arrange trips in the heart of dunes.if u need any information don't hesitate to contact me on my email desertfox2005@hotmail.com
