I would like to let you know that now you can access Tanzania from Uganda via Lake Victoria, There several Boat operate in Lake Victoria. it will cost you a night on the way. You will arrive early in the morning so you can start your safari from Mwanza to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and finish it in Arusha.
