An archipelago in the Indian ocean is a great honeymoon destination. I think it's a romantic place, and an exotic one too. Never mind that it's popular. There are a lot of great hotel accommodations and travel packages anyway. Couples will surely have fun in the impressive beaches and fascinating sceneries in Zanzibar.
