We're going on a pure camping safari (no lodges) to tanzania next year and are wondering which safari company to go with. We have narrowed it down to Footprint Adventures, Bobby Safari, and Tanzania Adventure.

Any thoughts on these?

We went to Tanzania a couple of years ago and used Predator's Safari Club (based in Arusha). We stayed in lodges, but they had the option of permenant tented camps or camping. We were travelling with a three year old, so had to stick with lodges for safety. Our guide, Dennis, was fabulous and I would highly recommend them to anyone travelling in the area.

Predators safari is well known for its excellent services.
Never use Zaratravel.com as we had a very bad experience with them on our trip to Tanzania last year. We had an inexperienced guide, who also did demand tips before we get back from the mountain!!
We made complain to the Company, and we were not happy with their responses either.
