I am heading to Vancouver mid-september. It is my first time travelling to Canada, and would love it if I could get some advice on where to go and what to do in Vancouver.
If anyone has any ideas, or has experienced a good time doing something in Vancouver let me know. Thanks |

Scoozies on Howe for breakfast. Other eateries are Milestones, Fish Restaurant and Tea Gardens in Stanley Park. Visit Hotel Vancouver, Granville Island, try Harbour Seaplane trip, hire a bike for Stanley Park. Musts are Grouse Mountain and Caplilano Suspension Bridge via Skyrail, Seabus and bus stopping at Lonsdale Market to pick up lunch. If going further afield, ferry to Tswassen (Victoria) is more picturesque, train to Jasper etc, bus to Whistler. Chinese Gardens aren't worth the bother. Enjoy.

Granville Island is worth a visit and the hotel there is relaxed and comfortable, if you are feeling brave take the bus to horseshoe falls beside the ferry terminal for victoria and take a powerboat ride around the area north of vancouver. If you get a quiet day the crew may give you a wild trip.
