I need a cheap rental car in Minneapolis. the rate should be max 100$ a week. I need the car from 8th of may 'til 28th of may.
Anybody to help?

Good luck! The CHEAPEST car rentals around Minneapolis are about $30-40 a day. There is a place called Premier Auto in NE Minneapolis that rents older cars (don't have their #) but even that place is more than $100 a week.
