Looking for a cheap hotel in Downtown Vancouver I can thoroughly recomend for accomodation, the Executive Inn Downtown which costs in the 70 - 80 Canadian Dollar bracket. It is in Howe Street and the staff are really friendly. None of this - your room isn't ready crap - I arrived at 7am dog tired from the trip from UK and they immediately let me have a room (some 7 hours before check in). The only downside is its location which is besides the flyover out of Downtown, so room coul dbe noisy. I asked if they had somehere quieter and they moved me to the other side of the hotel, into a bigger room and with a jacuzzi.
