Low cost airlines are now well established here in Europe, but I understand the concept originated in the United States.

I'd like to do some low-cost internal flying on a forthcoming visit to the US. Would somebody please tell me who the low-cost airlines are in the US and Canada, along with their website addresses.

Southwest airline have some good fares - Limited destinations but good prices if you are heading where they fly
