Need some help as the Embassy haven't been very informative!!

I'm looking to go travelling to America for 3 months (and so can travel visa free) but then instead of coming home, want to go on to Canada for another 3 months. As you don't need a visa in Canada and if I stay for less than 90 days in America, I won't need a visa there.....does that mean I can do the whole trip visa free. I will have a return flight but will be flying home from Canada 6 months later. Any advice would be gratefully received!!!

Hi,

I think to qualify for the 90 days visa waiver you need to leave after 90 days to a country that does not border the USA ie Mexico and Canada. It may be worth applying for a B2 holiday visa just to cover yourself, but it takes about a month to get an appointment - you have to go to the embassy in London in person.
