We're heading to Orlando for a week in early December and plan to visit Epcot, Kennedy Space Centre and do some outlet shopping. Any recommendations for clean hotels to stay in for under $80/night close to somewhere where we can buy groceries?

Any museums, art galleries, gardens or other unique places to visit (aside from DisneyWorld) in the area? Are there any discount passes?

Any suggestions for good restaurants that aren't too expensive?
