STARLINE TOURS accepted an online reservation for two tours of LA. On
the apppointed date we waited for 45 minutes and they never showed up. When we finally reached their offices they told us we weren't at the hotel. When our concierge told them we waited, they called him a liar. To date, 12 days later, we have not received the refund we were promised. NEVER use Starline! For the same trip CHEAPTICKETS booked us into a hotel that was closing! We had to change hotels, pay extra, and, again, have not received a refund. The only thing cheap about CHEAPTICKETS is the name. They are thieves. |

Contact the Better Business Bureau. Also, continue complaining to both companies, threatening to escalate it to the Attorney General. Works wonders.
