Hi all,

I am planning a small roundtrip from Vancouver in september. I have about 7 days. I deffinately want to see Banff and Jasper. I have been browsing books and the internet to find a good itinerary. I am feeling a lil clueless since every book and website says something different. This is what I have right now.
1. Vancouver
2. Vancouver to kamloops
3. Kamloops to Jasper
4/5. Jasper to Banff
6. Banff to Kamloops
7. Kamloops to Vancouver
(any alternatives on Kamloops to Vancouver?)
I would like to begin and end in Vancouver.

I am sure there are people/locals who can give me some pointers on wether this is a good route. Which towns/scenic byways/lookout points should I really NOT miss?

Are there any good route/travelplanners for Canada (like rand mcnally for the US). I have been looking and havent been able to find it yet.
