Greetings all travelers.

I'm planing a trip to Peru in July/August
I can stay in Panama for 10 days I checked
with some travel guides and budget traveling according to them is no more then 30$ a day for accommodation + food . Could anybody confirm that with me ?

i do not no, but in panama you can stay easely under 10 dollars, if you look for bagpackers...one place for exaple is. las3palmeras.com
