My husband and I will be traveling to Central America sometime in the near future and will be wanting a long term (3 months to a year) house rental. Looking for reccomendations. We love Golfito in CR but alas no internet capabilities at this time (cell phone not an option). Don't need anything too fancy but preferably beachfront (or close to it), and definitely need internet access. We want to be in a non-touristy area but close to people. Both avid fisherpeople, hikers, rafters etc. Any reccomendations re:areas or houses would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have a great contact in Guanacaste, (Protrero, Flamingo area) this guy coordinates all kinds of rentals in the area, he's sort of a property manager. I travel to CR often and have rented through him, quite reasonable. Not sure that i want to broadcast his email though, suggestion?
