I am planning a trip to Costa Rica in the end of November. I will be arriving in San Jose first and take a 4 in 1 tour, covering volcano, butterfly garden and other attractions. After that, I am going to have some fun surfing at Tamarindo beach.

Will someone give me some suggestions for hotels in San Jose downtown area?
