Hey, if any one is going to be in Antigua, Guatmala, i know of a great new cooking school. It is called The Antigua Cooking School (appropriately) and is located right near the big famous arch. They officially open in July, but right now you can get discounted lessons. You learn to cook all sorts of traditional Guatemalan dishes in a really beautiful garden patio. I made vegetarian tamales and black bean soup! Enjoy!
