I think you mean Kailuum. If so, for anyone else, it is north of Tulum, and toward Punta Bete.

The photos of the beaches and underwater look nice enough and you can snorkel anywhere in the ocean. However, I imagine that you would need to get out to reefs for really good snorkeling.
