hi

I am travelling to mexico for 1 week.it is the start of a year of travelling for me. i have heard you have to show proof of exit when you are entering mexico? is this true?

I want to go to belize after mexico. i was thinking of going to Belize from cancun. so the bus would be the obvious choice as flights seem quite expensive. however i can only seem to book a bus as far as chetumal? is this ticket good enough to show proof of exit from mexico?
the buses in chetumal to belize seem to be a show up and pay thing.

has anyone encountered this prob that is driving me mad!!

When you enter the country by plane, you get a small note that you have to hand in if you leave again. I don't know what you have to do if you leave the country by bus.
To go the Belize, just go to Chetumal and catch the bus there. I'm sure there are enough, the public transport in Mexico is really great.

I think traveling through Bus is better option instead of traveling through Planes.
