Macchu Picchu and Huayna Picchu are fine enough to visit, but I would not go back and this is completely irrelevant to Central America.

Machu Picchu has more to offer than most of us think. Indeed, there's Huayna Picchu, but there are many other interesting places close to the ruins: Putucusi peak, Aguas Calientes, the Inca Trail, Winay Wayna, articles about these are found here:
