Does anyone know if most hostels provide mosquito nets in central and south america?
I took mine to south-east asia and never used it cus everywhere had them.

I bought a mosquito net years ago in Guatemala and have never needed or wanted it along on any trip to Central America or during the one I went on to Peru and Bolivia. Unless you camp out, you will not likely need one. If you went on a jungle trek, the outfitter will provide one for you.

I recall seeing such things on occasion, but I have never felt a lack that I didn't have a mosquito net. I sense an obsession here. Give it a rest.
