This project rescues injured, orphaned, and displaced wild animals and provide them with immediate medical care, rehabilitation, and
eventual release into the wild. The sanctuary is in the preliminary stages of constructing of a Howler monkey holding enclosure and requires the services of a competent welder. The volunteer is encouraged to enjoy the many benefits of the beach, jungle and waterfalls in the area rather than work full time. The project is also in need of volunteers experienced in website design and fundraising. Both of these opportunities enable volunteers to offer their time and expertise, outside of a volunteer vacation (i.e. working from home).

Accommodation is provided for the welder but he/she is responsible for covering the cost of food.
