Any tips on where to stay/where to go on Caye Caulker at newyears eve? Thanx again!

I like the Anchorage Hotel, just outside the village and away from human traffic. Nice beach with a pier, rooms better than average4 for the island. Book in advance for this time period. Every restraurant and bar on the island will be open for New Years and offering somthing. Just walk around and ask.
