i am currently looking to book a 2 week spanish course in either Mexico or Guatamala, but was a little concerned when i read about the weather!i don't mind a bit of rain (I'm English!), but don't want to get to central america and spend it all indoors because of storms! could anyone tell me how bad the weather actually is from Nov. to Dec?
also anyone got any recommended organisations for high level of spanish? thanks Liz xx

Lizzardly,

You might want to consider language school in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico... and rainy season will be over by October. November and December are wonderful in that the heat and rain are over and the nicer weather starts.
Check out www.cisyucatan.com.mx www.idiomasecora.com

Merida is four hours west of Cancun in the state of Yucatan and we have an international airport.

It's not good to book a language school for more than a week at a time. You might hate the place or the school and want to move on. It is no big deal to extend a one to one class, but getting your money back might be a problem.
