I'll be travelling on my own from Nicaragua to Honduras. I'm very interested in hearing from others who have travelled independently through Honduras....I'd like to hear about sights and towns and other places that are "must see" and where they are. I'd like to hear what your experiences were in Honduras and which places probably should be avoided. Any tips and insights would be very welcome. I leave in 2 weeks....Thanks!

One person's "must see" sight is not necessarily that of another. Do you mean you know absolutely nothing about Honduras and are looking for some basic ideas? You probably need a Central American guide book.
