I´m currently travelling in S America (in Peru at the moment but planning to cover Bolivia, Chile, Argentina & Brazil as well). Does anyone know of any good dance festivals over New Year? Or in the next four months?

first of all since its summer down here go as far south as you can. patagonia, usuahuia and just about anywhere you can get to down there. rapanui/isla de pascua/easter island if youre down there its worth the visit. in chile go to the vineyards a few hours outside of santiago. if you like historical. try to go to one of pablo nerudas houses.
in argentina buenos aires is one of my favorite cities in the world. go to mar del plata, its a great tourist town with beaches. cordoba is cool and so is santa rosa and la pampa.
those are just some ideas of cool places to go.
