I have heard that the best parts of the park are the ascencio valley, french valley and glaciar Grey. As I only have 3 days, I am trying to maximize my stay there. I am planning to do glaciar Grey first, then french valley and ascencio valley on the last day, as the following:

day 1 ( 26/sept )
7:30 Bus Puerto Natales - TDP ( Pudeto )
12:00 Take the Catamarã that cross lago Pehoe ( Does it departures at noon in September ? )
13:00 Trekking to Mirador of Glaciar Grey
18:30 Come back to Lodge Paine Grande to sleep

day 2 ( 27/sept )
7:30 Treking to valle del francés - go at least to campamento italiano ( and after that go back to Lodge Paine Grande )
18:00 Take the Catamarã to Pudeto ( Does is return at 6:00 PM in September ? )
19:00 Bus from Pudeto to Laguna Amarga
20:00 Transfer from Laguna Amarga to Refugio Los Torres to sleep

day 3 ( 28/sept )
8:00 Trekking to the base of Los Torres ( 7 Hours ? )
18:00 Transfer from Refugio Los Torres to Laguna Amarga
19:00 Bus to Puerto Natales

September is still low season, so getting around is more dificult as some refugios and transportations are not available.

I have also heard of a boat in Lago Grey, but so far I could not get more information of the availability of this in late September, and where the boat departures.
