I have just arrived in Ushuaia (Argentina), driving from California, and I am also trying to sell my car.

It's a 1995 Buick Regal with about 212,000 on it. There is a bit of noise with one of the shocks, but I bought the replacement part in Belize, so it only needs to be installed, which I will probably do before the sale. Other than that, a mechanic has confirmed that there are no mechanical problems and everything is proper working order.

The price is currently set for $3,000 or the Best Offer that I receive in the next week or two.

I would prefer to sell it to another traveler; however, if I cannot, any advice about selling a car in either Paraguay or in the "Zona Franca" (duty free zone) in Punta Arenas (Chile, just across from Tierra del Fuego) would be incredibly helpful.
