hi guys!

i'm newbie and need some advice on a couple of issues.
i'm traveling to Para, Brazil, in the coming month but there are a few things i'm not sure about.
i'll begin by giving some background info...
i'm 3 months pregnant, this is my second pregnancy. the first one didn't go so well, i was always having morning sickness and suffered from it more than many of my friends.
there are certain specific medication that i need to take to deal with this and i wanted to know, will this cause a problem while i'm on the trip? are doctors easily available? i did look up the pharmacy directory for Para over here http://www.drugdelivery.ca/xx-BR-16-A-xx/Par%C3%A1-Pharmacy.aspx and finding a pharmacy won't be a problem.
do the hotels usually have an on-call doctor?

or on the other hand, do you guys think that i should just postpone the trip for much after the pregnancy?
