I ll be in Patagonia by the beginning of the next month and I need some tips on what to do there, where to go and so on. I ll visit Patagonia on my own , I wanna plan my route, a sort of "taylor made" one. Any help will be much appreciated.

You must go to Cerro Catedral, Cerro Otto, the Seven Lakes in Bariloche. Then to San Martin de los Andes. Other Patagonic destinations are Glaciar Perito Moreno and El Calafate. Among the things you can do there are : rafting, paragliding, fishing, horse riding and windsurfing. Something which is very funny is horse riding, especially if you havent done it before.
