We're arriving this wednesday 22nd. We have our first nights accom sorted, but after that the prices are five times the norm.

Please, please does anybody know of cheap accom or campsites that might still have vaccancies.

Otherwise we'll have to get arrested to have a roof over our heads, and I don't really like the room service.

how long are you staying for? If it's a week or longer then i suggest you rent a flat. there will be plenty of people asking if you would like to do this.
make sure you go and have a look around, and then haggle with them.
I stayed for a week at Copacobana for less than £10 per night, that for a two bedroom two bathroom appartment with a great view.
