Around this bar there are a lot of Hostels like Continental Hotel, Hotel dona Joana Ideal Hotel, Hotel Rio Branco, Jangada Hotel, Hotel Estrela and others where the Backpacker can find good accommodation with break feast from 10.00 US $ up. Especially the two new Hotels Hotel Estrela and Jangada offers a good and cheap service

Here in the RUA DOS ANDRADES you will find cheap Cybercafes good for international calls with Skype in front of the Ideal Hotel, Laundries, Meeting Point, good tour operators and guides, The Rua dos Andradas is nearby the Center, main market and Port of Manaus beside of the Educandos district, also easy and cheap to reach offering good sightseeing to the Rio Negro River. There also will find a lot of Bars and little restaurants typical for the regions culture and music. (from Bossa nova to Boi Bumba)
