Hi All, are anti-malarials worth the risk? I've been reading and speaking with many friends who have traveled and many say to not take then. Of the three brands, the one we'll need to take is Mefloquine as we'll be staying for extended periods in Indonesia, Thailand and Belize - so Malarone is out as you can only take that for 4 weeks max.

So what the advice - take or no?
