Hello everybody,

I am about to fly out to Thailand to live for at least a year doing TEFL, just outside Bangkok. I have lived in England for most of my life and am very much accustomed to a colder climate - and get very uncomfortable in hot conditions. I realise that I will have to get used to year round 28c temperatures but wondered if anyone had any suggestions for easing myself in? It is the only thing that really worries me about the job. All suggestions will be gratefully received.

Thanks,

Oliver
