Update on what the Rough Guide says: there is a PTT (and it looked like it had been there for a long time), there is a bankomat (which worked for me), and there are three internet cafes, not one - though the one we used was impossibly slow despite having quite good machines, my guess is the whole thing uses one slow modem/ router.
There are also a lot more than six dolmuses between Hasankeyf and Batman, but getting on one is another matter - they are usually full before they enter the Batman otogar, the place to get one is across the road outside it, where they actually start (they load first there, then drive around a bit looking for more punters, then try the otogar as a last resort).
