Hi

We are looking to book a rtw ticket, but wondered if is is cheaper to book individual flight's or even stand by flight? Please express your idea's because we are finding it really hard to decide.
We are going to London - Brazil, Ecuador - Australia, Australia to New Zealand, Australia to Bangkok, Bangkok to India, India - London.
Please help

It's likely that a RTW ticket would be cheaper, but speak to the experts - Travelbag, Trailfinders or Austravel.

hi kmorgan

if you dont mind travelling with just cabin baggage then why not try flying as a courier. there are a number of commercial companies based around heathrow who sometimes advertise in the evening standard. when i used to study in london in the '80's i used them quite a bit and never encountered any problems with customs etc. you may be able to get heathrow-HK, do your own thing round the far east, fly to the us, and then pick up an assignment into heathrow.
great way to globetrot 4 those on a tight budget! u may have to do a couple of european runs first to build up trust.
